Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company
• At least 3 years of experience with React, TypeScript, SQL, and cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
• Expert-level knowledge in the technology stack with strong opinions on architecture and scalability
• Proven ability to foster a high-trust environment that encourages risk-taking and continuous improvement
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
