Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, Engineering to lead their Service Configuration & Coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach an engineering team focused on high-scale configuration distribution and service coordination systems
• Align strategy with stakeholders and translate customer needs into a realistic roadmap for mission-critical infrastructure
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, feature flags, configuration management, distributed consensus, and service discovery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in infrastructure
• 1+ years of experience in engineering management
• Experience leading teams dedicated to improving developer experiences through infrastructure
• A thought leader focused on efficiency and delivering on expectations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
