Engineering Manager, Compute Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Compute Platform Orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to scale infrastructure by creating a developer-facing platform
• Hire and onboard team members to enhance the compute platform's efficiency and user-friendliness
• Mentor team members and collaborate with various engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in managing high-performing platform or infrastructure engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and compute platforms
• Strong technical judgment regarding cloud infrastructure systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCE)
• Focus on scalability, performance, user experience, and quality
• Experience with Go, Kubernetes, Argo, Flux, and other CNCF projects is a plus
