Engineering Manager, Developer Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team focused on developer enablement through recruiting, mentoring, and skill development
• Design, build, and maintain tools and services that enhance the developer experience
• Drive the adoption of self-service infrastructure tools and documentation

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field
• 8+ years of experience as an engineer, with professional leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
• Broad understanding of infrastructure and application stacks (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Golang)
• Experience in automating tasks and improving developer workflows through tooling and integrations
