Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - CVM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to upcoming projects
• Coach and mentor a team of engineers while writing code in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with development teams, product management, and design to solve cross-domain problems

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience, including API design and building
• Minimum two years of experience in an engineering manager, team lead, or lead developer role
• Understanding of scalability challenges and performance of server-side code
• Prior experience with back-end languages, Ruby on Rails preferred, and front-end web frameworks
