Engineering Manager, Identity Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Core Identity Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts to design, build, launch, and operate core Identity services
• Develop a strategy and engineering roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and design teams
• Engage with multiple project teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of software systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong technical background with 8+ years in relevant engineering domains
• Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems concepts
• Experience developing applications in public cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
• Hands-on experience owning critical service level objectives (SLOs)
