Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development teams
• Hire, develop, and grow the talent in the team
• Partner with stakeholders to align team contributions with company objectives and develop technology roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience managing multiple software development teams
• 7 or more years of previous hands-on software development experience
• Familiarity or past experience with compiled languages such as C/C++, Go, or Rust
• Previous experience with building enterprise SaaS products preferred
• Remote experience preferred
