Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale software development teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineers, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s
• Guide teams through agile ceremonies and ensure effective project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in SDLC processes and monitor delivery health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading agile teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Strong knowledge of modern SDLC practices and the .NET ecosystem
• Ability to manage distributed teams in a remote-first environment
