Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience leading agile teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Strong knowledge of modern SDLC practices and the .NET ecosystem
- Ability to manage distributed teams in a remote-first environment
