Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring teams meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Manage and facilitate an Agile process, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Systems to understand product requirements and manage resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a track record of driving team efficiency
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams with a collaborative approach
• Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools
