Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a diverse engineering team focused on a revolutionary design tool for homebuilding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, specifications, and estimation of engineering projects while managing team capacity and work assignments
• Collaborate with the Building Generation team on computational geometry for the Studio product
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance quality and expedite strategic project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building complex, frontend-heavy interactive web applications
• Proficiency with React/Redux applications in TypeScript/JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience in a people lead role, ensuring team success and growth
• History of collaboration with product managers and engineers on roadmap development
• Experience managing a high-impact team in a remote work environment
