Key Responsibilities
- Manage posting requests to Sales Force Trusted Care for customer downloads, including security bulletins and patches
- Oversee license management of tools, including budgeting and purchasing requests
- Define and enforce policies for the Development Support team while updating relevant documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software development support
- Experience in software configuration management
- Strong organizational skills for budgeting and process adherence
- Familiarity with development tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira, and Confluence
- Understanding of SalesForce and Coupa purchasing tools
