Key Responsibilities
- Manage people and performance through 1:1s, growth feedback, and reviews
- Ensure efficient and effective execution and delivery to meet ambitious goals
- Oversee the hiring process, pipeline, and onboarding to scale the team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 8-20 engineers, including remote teams
- Proven ability to build culture by hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent
- Experience as a player-coach, comfortable with code review and technical design
- Track record of shipping and scaling ambitious products and features
- Experience growing organizations through Series B/C to 30-40 engineers is a plus
