Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Associate - TEMP.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries to provide prospective students with information regarding programs and admission requirements
- Build rapport with prospective students and assist in overcoming objections to facilitate the enrollment process
- Update key contact information and manage account details using information technology systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus
- Aptitude for learning new software applications quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
