Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls for enrollment purposes and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Receive inbound calls and process requests according to company policies and guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure accurate documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an office setting, preferably in telehealth support
  • Experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards
