Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Support Analyst 1 to provide technical support for business processes and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot application and distributed system issues
- Manage support tickets in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor application performance and proactively address issues using system monitoring tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- IT certification or degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience in creating documentation
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle) or willingness to learn
- Experience in the hotel industry is desirable
