Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Support Analyst 1 to provide technical support for business processes and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application and distributed system issues
  • Manage support tickets in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor application performance and proactively address issues using system monitoring tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • IT certification or degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience in creating documentation
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle) or willingness to learn
  • Experience in the hotel industry is desirable
