Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for associates, providing high-level customer service
- Document and resolve reported issues while utilizing a ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT teams and maintain an understanding of corporate policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or comparable education preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge is required
- Experience with call/chat interfaces and ticketing systems is ideal
- Familiarity with software development in languages such as UniBasic, Java, React, or Python
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Office products is preferred
