Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates, providing high-level customer service
  • Document and resolve reported issues while utilizing a ticketing system
  • Collaborate with IT teams and maintain an understanding of corporate policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or comparable education preferred
  • Basic SQL knowledge is required
  • Experience with call/chat interfaces and ticketing systems is ideal
  • Familiarity with software development in languages such as UniBasic, Java, React, or Python
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Office products is preferred
