Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve reference architecture, integration patterns, and data models for learning and talent management
- Design integrations and workflows with various HR and talent systems
- Engage with customers as a principal architect, leading workshops and overseeing global rollouts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles in SaaS or HR tech
- 2+ years leading large enterprise software deployments
- Strong experience with API-based integrations and data mapping
- Proficiency in building automation and middleware solutions
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
