A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers as the primary contact post-sale
- Ensure successful onboarding of new customers and drive product adoption by aligning solutions with customer goals
- Monitor customer health metrics and conduct regular strategic reviews to demonstrate ROI and align with future goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar Customer Success software
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
