Key Responsibilities

- Identify growth opportunities for clients and coordinate with sales for execution
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success or Client Services within a SaaS company at an enterprise level
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like SFDC, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA
- Knowledge of corporate security or executive protection is a plus
