Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer networks for issues and take corrective actions
- Coordinate with onsite technicians and other personnel to troubleshoot and update job status
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of tickets and jobs from start to finish
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- One year of IT or customer support experience
- Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and tools
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Capability to follow defined processes and escalate issues appropriately
