A company is looking for a Franchise Account Manager to support franchisees and enhance client satisfaction in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service and support to franchisees, addressing queries and enhancing satisfaction
- Assist in onboarding new franchise locations and act as a liaison between corporate and franchises for process updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage projects, ensure timely communication, and maintain accurate status reports and billing summaries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of account services experience in digital marketing or relevant internship experience
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience with project management systems such as Outlook, Slack, Monday, and Google Suite
- Exposure to franchise or multi-location marketing
