Job Summary
A company is looking for an Entry Level Implementation Consultant - Talent Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and define current processes to create optimized business processes for clients
- Analyze and document design specifications, and implement application design in collaboration with clients and technical teams
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide end-user training on product knowledge and business processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to travel to multiple client locations and attend semi-annual firm meetings
- Knowledge of MS Project, SQL, Oracle applications, and HR-based software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex system or business issues creatively
- Passion for service and pride in the quality of work
