Job Summary
A company is looking for a Level 1 IT Technician to join their service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer live calls within a 15-minute cap to resolve issues or escalate as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting tasks from email or portal tickets
- Manage all alerts via the ConnectWise ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Background in IT through classroom training or previous work experience
- Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and familiar with network and system administration
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe software
- Ability to manage and prioritize alerts through the ConnectWise ticketing system
