A company is looking for a Junior Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients 1:1 to provide support, training, and product knowledge
- Manage retention efforts for clients at risk of cancellation
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and advocate for client needs
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in business or communications
- Previous experience in a support or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Understanding of real estate is a plus but not necessary
