Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients 1:1 to provide support, training, and account reviews
- Manage retention efforts for clients at risk of cancellation
- Deliver well-documented handoffs to internal departments and advocate for client needs
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in business or communications
- Previous experience in a support or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask independently
- Positive demeanor with a trustworthy character
- Understanding of real estate is a plus, but not necessary
