Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications
• Analyze and diagnose problems, translating requirements into design specifications
• Manage small projects and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field preferred
• Two years of work experience or four years of experience in a related area while pursuing a degree
• Epic Willow certification highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio
• In-depth business and application knowledge and experience
