A company is looking for an Accountant I- Equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the upkeep of the equity program database and maintain the company capitalization table
- Support the equity program by running reports and updating data for executive leadership
- Manage monthly closing of financial records and assist with payroll accounting duties
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Experience with DocuSign or similar programs is preferred
- Understanding of account reconciliations
