A company is looking for a Director, Ethics & Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ethics and compliance investigations, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Identify and pursue investigative opportunities based on risk assessments and data analysis
- Develop and present ethics and compliance policies, and serve as a strategic advisor on ethics issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience conducting internal investigations and compliance program management
- 2+ years of experience in developing compliance and fraud programs
- Previous management experience
- Advanced degree preferred, with experience in the healthcare industry
