EUC Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EUC Support Engineer to support enterprise clients and deliver projects related to virtual desktop experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for managed Citrix and AVD environments, including health checks and incident remediation
• Administer and optimize Nerdio Manager for Enterprise and Citrix configurations
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for environment automation and monitor system performance

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Azure Virtual Desktop
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Suite and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and virtual networking in Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Active Directory
