A company is looking for an Event & Webinar Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute logistics for in-person and virtual events and webinars
- Research vendors and develop content for event materials
- Manage continuing education documentation and promote webinars through social media
Required Qualifications
- College degree in marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or public relations
- Two years of experience in event planning or coordination in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successful events
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, GoToWebinar, LinkedIn, and Canva
- Experience with social media software or graphic design is a plus
