Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate content and asset management, ensuring timely approvals and version control
- Support event execution by managing logistics and stakeholder preferences
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing or events
- Experience managing projects across multiple time zones and cultures
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
- Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Wrike
- Experience supporting live or virtual events is a plus
