Exception Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage insurance data and ensure accurate updates within the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by making outbound calls to insurance agencies
• Process and track incoming documentation according to department policies
• Verify and update insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of data entry or customer service experience in mortgage, insurance, or banking preferred
• Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to type 35 WPM accurately
