A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage insurance data and ensure accurate updates within the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by making outbound calls to insurance agencies
- Process and track incoming documentation according to department policies
- Verify and update insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of data entry or customer service experience in mortgage, insurance, or banking preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to type 35 WPM accurately
