Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who can adapt and support a dynamic team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication gatekeeper, managing calendars and scheduling events while ensuring confidentiality
- Prepare advanced Excel and PowerPoint documents and presentations, and coordinate travel and meeting arrangements
- Lead onboarding processes for new employees and provide support to other administrative staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to work eastern or central time zone hours
