Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leaders in the global defense sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative functions and support for executives, including scheduling travel and meetings
- Perform moderately difficult support tasks with minimal supervision while handling sensitive and confidential data
- Maintain calendar organization and de-conflict competing appointments
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with calendar management, expense reports, and meeting planning
- 2+ years of experience using the Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WebEx
- Ability to interface collaboratively with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material
- High school diploma or GED
