Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President, ensuring efficient office operations
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports while maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, events, and communication between the EVP and other executives, anticipating needs proactively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in an executive administrative role supporting C-level executives
- Experience managing confidential information and organizing events
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and data management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
