Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President, ensuring smooth office operations
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and monitor electronic communications
- Prepare and organize meetings and events, including logistics and materials, while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in an executive administrative role supporting C-level executives
- Experience in managing confidential information and event organization
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook Calendar, MS Office Suite, and data management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
