Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Institute's strategic direction, operations, and staffing
- Build and maintain partnerships with advocacy, policy, and research organizations, while securing funding
- Lead the expansion of research, policy, and technical assistance projects focused on early childhood and family well-being
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field such as early childhood education or public policy
- At least 10 years of experience in leading policy or research initiatives related to early childhood and family economic security
- Proven success in securing and managing grants and contracts
- Experience collaborating with national, state, and local agencies to promote equity-driven reforms
- Strong commitment to racial and economic justice, with an understanding of historically marginalized communities
