Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective leadership and management of facility services
  • Manage engineering aspects including HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Support work order management and assist in building emergencies as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of related work experience in Facilities (commercial or industrial preferred)
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a regulated environment (GMP/GXP preferred)
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Corrigo preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Team applications and Excel
