Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective leadership and management of facility services
- Manage engineering aspects including HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Support work order management and assist in building emergencies as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience in Facilities (commercial or industrial preferred)
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience in a regulated environment (GMP/GXP preferred)
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Corrigo preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Team applications and Excel
