Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for daily facilities management services, coordinating maintenance and repair across assigned sites
  • Manage technical and administrative staff, ensuring performance and compliance with service level agreements
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to support facility management goals, while continuously seeking process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities or property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems
  • Financial management and budgeting skills are essential
  • Experience using CMMS systems and reporting
