Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair activities for store locations
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee cost-effective solutions
- Support strategic departmental initiatives and be available on-call during nights and weekends
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years of experience in construction, facilities management, project management, or trades
- Preferred: 2 or 4-year degree
- Preferred: RFMP certification
- Preferred: BOMA certification
