Key Responsibilities
- Gather information for faculty search processes, including appointments and promotions
- Coordinate logistical aspects of candidate visits and maintain appointment documentation
- Assist with visa processes and track approved activities related to faculty affairs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's degree and one year of experience in administrative processes
- Prior work experience in higher education is preferred
- Understanding of academic medical center operations is a plus
- Experience with databases and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex schedules
