A company is looking for a Faculty Affairs Administrator 1 to provide administrative support for faculty appointments and affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information and provide administrative support for faculty search processes, appointments, and promotions
- Post job announcements and coordinate logistics for candidate visits, including transportation and accommodations
- Maintain records of recruitment processes and assist with visa coordination as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's degree and one year of relevant administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior work experience in higher education is strongly preferred
- Understanding of academic medical center operations is preferred
- Experience with databases and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
