A company is looking for a Family Health Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches
- Coordinate issue resolution with providers and payers, and provide proactive care guidance
- Educate members on healthcare-related inquiries and drive engagement in appropriate programs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-year associate's degree in healthcare/health sciences or equivalent experience in healthcare
- Prior experience in roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to resolve sensitive customer service issues
