A company is looking for a Family Resource Specialist to support families seeking enrollment in early childhood education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify enrollment opportunities and respond to parent inquiries with tailored information
- Guide families through the enrollment process and collaborate with marketing on campaigns
- Assist in training new employees and maintain accurate reporting and CRM records
Required Qualifications
- CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in a childcare setting preferred
- Experience as a building administrator or classroom teacher is preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and state licensing requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required
