Final Layout Artist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Final Layout Artist.

Key Responsibilities

• Install animatable characters and final sets from camera shots, resolving any arising issues
• Set up shots by harvesting camera data, staging character rigs, and dressing environments according to key artwork
• Support camera framing, movement, and timing through character animation and lighting

Required Qualifications

• Strong spatial perception in 3D space
• Knowledge of camera composition, movement, and staging
• Experience using UNIX operating systems
• Familiarity with 3D software packages, preferably MAYA
• Basic understanding of lighting and cinematography principles
