Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll recording
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach client management on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
