Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee the client team to ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll visibility
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights for business owners, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience successfully revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
