Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Finance Director to lead and measure the impact of a large-scale transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish finance guardrails for transformation and hold teams accountable
• Develop and execute tracking for value creation initiatives and their impact on the P&L
• Provide financial leadership over key commercial value creation projects and monitor performance against the budget

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in large-scale business transformation
• CPA/public accounting background, CFA, or significant corporate FP&A experience
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with data management and visualization tools
• Prior experience in management consulting is an asset
