Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its Zone P&L and drive financial performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all financial aspects of the Zone P&L, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting
• Leverage analytics to develop narratives that drive strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify trends and implement financial strategies that enhance profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering roles
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other MS Office products
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to enhance financial storytelling
