Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Certificate of Insurance (COI) process and vendor information
- Facilitate vendor payments and assist with project openings and client invoicing
- Conduct system database cleanup and support various reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred
- Two years of accounting, finance, or related experience
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer software and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
